很久没有交作业了,该打该罚我都认了,现在来汇报一下最近的成果
芝麻吐司,香的不得了的面包,老公每天的早饭.
明天学校停电,再做一个.

高粉250G
黑芝麻糊40G
黑芝麻12G
牛奶140G
鸡蛋35G
糖35G
盐3G
奶油40G
酵母6--7G

我做了修改,
粉类没有改变,改的是湿性材料
鸡蛋一只------------大概在52G左右,
黄油40G(没变)
牛奶(重点改变对象)---------根据鸡蛋重量来决定
以上三项的总和应该===原方子的湿性材料重量总和
 

第一次烤出这么方方正正的吐司着实兴奋了一下,我没按照方子里的温度和时间,总结了以往失败和成功的经验,我以150度烤了55分钟,加盖的.放烤箱最底层.
对了,整型以后我在烤箱里放了一烤盘的开水,而且一50度预热了一下烤箱,用手触摸玻璃门,感觉很温暖但不烫手就关烤箱
第二次发酵50分钟,等九分满的时候,盖上盖子再等10分钟,此时撤掉了装有开水的烤盘,怕温度高时间长发过了,发酸
 

时间到,上不上色我看不见,只好凭感觉,感觉就是熟了
出炉,打不开盖,我不知道大家都是怎么打开的,
我只好等冷了以后用筷子翘开一条缝,然后掰开,抽是抽不开的,因为满盒了

出炉后不能马上切,样子会不好看,我把它放在保鲜袋里.等冷透了才切,果然不出所料,切的时候能保持方方正正的不走样

今天早上的早饭就是它,老公说,这个放了芝麻的面包好吃............
拿它冒充全麦的,我看还挺象的.
